After Your Stay

You may receive a follow-up phone call a few days after your discharge. We will ask how you are feeling, address any questions or concerns about your discharge instructions or progress, and solicit feedback about the services you received. If you have any questions about your discharge instructions, you may call your provider's office or the department that provided care during your hospital stay.

When you provide your e-mail address to us upon admission, you will receive an e-mail following your discharge with instructions for registering your My Patient Connect account. Registering your account provides access to information about your hospital stay, including discharge instructions and more.

Patient Satisfaction Survey

We are committed to serving you in a caring and personal manner. Your feedback is important to us and helps us continually improve our service to others. You may receive a customer satisfaction survey in the mail. If you do, please take a few minutes to fill it out and return it. NRC Health tabulates our survey results. Please be assured all results, as well as any handwritten comments, are forwarded to our Patient Relations Department for review and follow-up as needed. Grateful patients and family members often ask how they can acknowledge a caregiver or group for exceptional medical services and personal caring.
