Dr. Kelly is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, where he completed surgical and otolaryngology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He has been in active practice since 1990 and he has been a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons since 1993. He practiced at Jefferson and four regional hospitals from 1990-2001. He served as president of Delaware County Medical society, president-elect of the Pennsylvania Academy of otolaryngology, and president of the NH Otolaryngology Society from 2002-2010. He moved to Laconia NH in 2001 and has been a partner at ENT Associates of NH from 2003-2020. Concord Hospital acquired ENT Associates where he now works since 2020. He is chief of otolaryngology at Concord Hospital - Laconia where he practices general otolaryngology.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, boating, hiking, bike riding, playing the guitar and traveling.
