Prenatal Care
Seeking prenatal care when you learn you're pregnant is one of the best things you can do for you and your baby's health. It's important because, in addition to routine exams and tests, prenatal care includes education on pregnancy and childbirth. Your prenatal visits also give you and your health professional time to build a working relationship.
Our team of experts at Concord Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology, Concord Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology - Laconia and Concord Hospital Family Health Center are committed to providing family-centered maternity care for both routine and high-risk pregnancies in conjunction with The Family Place. They get to know you and your partner and work to empower you throughout your pregnancy by providing information and resources to help you make choices that match your values.

Support for Pregnant or Newly Parenting Mothers Recovering from Addiction
Better Together is a weekly support group offering parenting education and skill development. The support program is led by an early childhood specialist, in a supportive virtual group setting. With a primary focus on supporting mothers raising new babies, the group learns strategies on topics common for all mothers and makes connections with other women in recovery. Better Together participants can receive Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) as well as direct referral to full obstetrical services and comprehensive addiction services at Concord Hospital.
