Urgent Care
When you or a loved one of any age needs prompt, convenient access to medical care for minor illnesses or injuries without an appointment, you can turn to the qualified, friendly team at our Walk-In Urgent Care Center. The Center is conveniently located off of I-93 Concord, NH, in the Corporate Center at Horseshoe Pond.
The Walk-In Urgent Care Center is NOT an emergency department. Call 911 or go to the closest emergency department immediately if you're experiencing chest pain, respiratory distress, stroke-like symptoms, severe abdominal pain, multiple injuries, uncontrolled bleeding, severe burns, or labor.
Urgent Care
It's important to know the difference between the emergency medicine services available in an emergency department (Emergency Room ER) and those available at a walk-in urgent care center before an accident, incident, or illness arises.

Timely Care
Patients are generally seen in order of their arrival. However, staff will assess patients and may take a patient ahead of others according to the severity of their condition.
One Health Record
One sophisticated electronic health record system allows us to seamlessly transfer your care to the Concord Hospital Emergency Department if you need a higher level of care. It also ensures continuity of care for Concord Hospital Medical Group (CHMG) patients by keeping their CHMG providers informed of the care provided through the Walk-In Urgent Care Center.
My Patient Connect is a way for patients to have a direct view into their electronic medical record via a secure website 24 hours a day. Patients can exchange messages with providers/healthcare teams, view and request appointments, request medication renewals, and view lab results and documents such as visit summaries, discharge instructions and patient education materials. Any patient age 18 or older may sign up to use My Patient Connect. Parents of children under the age of 12 may access their child’s record. The patient portal is NOT available to patients aged 12- 17.
One Hospital
One-on-one care and attention from experienced providers are what you should expect at every visit. Our Walk-in Urgent Care Center is always staffed with a physician assistant. A board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physician is available for real-time consultation. Both providers also work in the Concord Hospital Emergency Department. Providers are also able to get in-the-moment expert consultation with any specialty medical services when warranted.
