Pedaling for Payson Raises Over $171,000
Proceeds will support the Nurse Navigation Program at Payson Center for Cancer Care.
Concord Hospital Trust’s 19th annual Pedaling for Payson raised over $171,000 to support Nurse Navigation at the Payson Center for Cancer Care. Held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Elm Brook Park in Hopkinton, NH, 241 cyclists participated in the event to support cancer patients.
Funds raised help Nurse Navigators manage treatment schedules, providing critical support to over 170 patients this year. In 2024, the program facilitated more than 2,500 patient interactions, ensuring those in treatment can focus on their health.

The following top three fundraising teams collectively raised over $35,000: Team Day Surgery ($14,050), Team HOPE ($10,515), and Team NEMBA ($10,565). The top three fundraising individuals were Dr. Scott Oosterveen ($9,680) and Donna Dias ($4,010), both of Team Day Surgery, and Sharon Nall ($3,825) with Team NEMBA.
The event was generously sponsored by Presenting Sponsor Concord Orthopaedics. Other major sponsors included The Demoulas Foundation, Ragged Mountain Resort, Concord Imaging Center, S&W Sports, The Common Man, Johnny Prescott Oil, Swenson Granite Works, Harvey Construction, New Hampshire Distributors, M&T Bank, Dennehy & Bouley, and Radiation Oncology Associates. In addition, 15 Concord Hospital Health System employees and community volunteers also helped out.
