Veronica Rosa Joins Concord Hospital Health System as Chief Advancement Officer

Concord Hospital health system welcomes Veronica Rosa as chief advancement officer for the health system.
Veronica most recently served as vice president of advancement for Keene State College. Prior to that, she held executive-level positions in marketing and philanthropy at both UMass Memorial Hospital – HealthAlliance and Charlton Memorial Hospital located in Worcester and Fall River, Mass., respectively.
“We are pleased to welcome Veronica to the Concord Hospital health system,” said President and CEO Robert Steigmeyer. “She will lead our marketing, communications and fundraising initiatives for both the Hospital and Concord Hospital Trust.”
Veronica has over twenty years of experience in philanthropy, marketing and communications from large healthcare organizations, colleges and universities, including extensive knowledge in advancing novel marketing and communication strategies and improving fundraising performance.
In her role, she will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of marketing, communications and fundraising strategies and programs across the health system, as well as to guide the Concord Hospital Trust Board of Trustees. Serving as the philanthropic arm of the Hospital, Concord Hospital Trust secures and distributes charitable gifts in accordance with donors’ intents to support the Hospital’s mission of meeting the health needs of individuals within the communities it serves.
Veronica recently received a Doctor of Education degree in leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship from Plymouth State University. She also has a M.Ed. in counseling and communication from Duquesne University located in Pittsburgh, Pa, and holds a Certified Fundraising Executive designation from CFRE International.
