Concord Hospital Trust Announces New Board Officers and Trustees

Concord Hospital Trust, the philanthropic arm of Concord Hospital, recently elected new Board officers and trustees Charles Fanaras, Chair; Muriel Schadee, CPA, Vice-Chair; and trustee Kimberlee G. Burgess, Esq., PLLC.

Returning Board officers and trustees include Lynda Caine; Marianne Cook; Kenneth A. Deloge, MD; Philip Emma, Chair, Concord Hospital Board of Trustees (ex-officio); Steven McManis; Suzanne Meyer; Marcia Moran, Esq.; Richard Pitman, Secretary; Paul Provost, CFP; Robert Segal; Scott Sloane, Treasurer (ex-officio); Robert Steigmeyer, President (ex-officio); Jeffrey Towle; Don Welford; and Ronald Yap, MD, MBA, Immediate Past Chair and Nominating Committee Chair.

The Trust Board also bestowed the honor of Trustee Emeritus on Claudia Walker who completed 12 years of service to the Board in 2020.

The Board oversees Concord Hospital Trust, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable entity that serves as the philanthropic arm of Concord Hospital. Established in 2007, the Trust provides the leadership, focus and stewardship necessary to attract contributed funds that are playing an increasingly important role in assuring Concord Hospital’s mission. In the most recent year, the Trust provided $2.9 million to support the Hospital’s work.
