- 1908: Laconia Hospital opened in the current location on Highland Street
- 1967: Laconia Hospital became Lakes Region General Hospital
- 2004: Lakes Region General Hospital merged with Laconia Regional Hospital to form LRGHealthcare
- 2021: Concord Hospital acquired LRGHealthcare's assets and formed Concord Hospital - Laconia and Concord Hospital – Franklin
