We require that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment for registration.
Please continue to obtain your acute care, medication refills and referrals from your current physician until you have had your first appointment. You will receive a reminder call a few days before your visit. Should you miss this appointment and provide less than 24 hours notice, there is a possibility that we will not accept you as a new patient. In that case, we would send a letter to you indicating your need to find a healthcare provider at another facility.
