We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology combined with e-mail encryption to ensure the security of e-commerce transactions you submit via our health education class registration request online service. All information you submit to our site, in a SSL session, is encrypted and protected against disclosure to third parties. Additionally, once your credit card information is received and processed it is deleted from our system; we do not maintain credit card information in our database.

Our job application, e-greetings, feedback and volunteer application forms are also protected with SSL technology.

Non-Secure E-Mail

In general, Internet e-mail is inherently not secure. In light of this, we recommend that items considered highly confidential or private in nature not be communicated through e-mail. You are communicating with us via e-mail when you send e-mail to a Concord Hospital e-mail address.

Our Web site contains links to other Web sites. These links are for information only. We re-evaluate the appropriateness of such links each time we update the pages on which they appear. We acknowledge receipt of communications submitted via our Web site's feedback form within three business days from the time of receipt.  Other secure forms on our Web site will specify when you can expect a response. We work through Growing Family Inc., to provide our Web Nursery online service. When you click on the Web Nursery link on our site, you are leaving www.concordhospital.org and entering our Web presence on www.growingfamily.com's Web site.
